Hi~!
Welcome to my blog. My name is Sarang (means “love” in Korean) and I’m a Korean girl who grew up in the Philippines as a result of having some awesome missionary parents. I started this blog my Junior year of college (in my dorm room at Boston College) when I was going through some identity crisis. I decided to start this blog to practice being more myself in public? This used to be a private blog but I decided to make it public and just share it with the world.
I graduated from Boston College in 2012 and taught science and english in Korea for two years after graduation while trying to find out whether the field of medicine is the right direction for me or not. In the end, after a long period of questioning and search for answers, I made a decision to pursue medicine. I am now attending medical school here in the Philippines.
A little more about myself: I love Jesus, I love green trees under the bright sunlight, I am generally a very happy and thankful person, I like reading good books, I like watching movies with deep moral lessons in them, I love my family, I enjoy learning new things and new languages, and I like drinking a good cup of tea. ❤ Oh I also enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, and running.
